Customer Reviews
Decent experience, minor point
I ordered a custom dakimakura and a microfiber towel. The print on the custom cover came out really well, colors are accurate to what I uploaded. The microfiber towel is also a good size and quality. Shipping was pretty standard, took about 8 days to get here. My only small gripe is that the tracking updates weren't super frequent for the first few days. It showed 'processed' for a while then suddenly 'out for delivery.' Overall, good products for the price, just wish tracking was a bit more detailed.
Reliable store, consistent quality
This is my third time ordering from Dakixart. I previously got a peach skin dakimakura cover and an acrylic stand, and this time I ordered a down alternative inner pillow. Just like before, the quality is consistent. The inner pillow is fluffy and fits my existing cover perfectly. Their shipping times are always predictable, usually around a week and a half for me on the East Coast. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm getting, and it's always good.
Good quality, fast shipping
I ordered a 2way tricot pillowcase and a matching wall scroll. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It took 6 days to reach me in Nevada, which felt pretty quick for an international shipment. The pillowcase material feels really nice, very smooth, and the print is crisp. The wall scroll colors are vibrant and it hangs well. I had a small question about washing instructions for the pillowcase, and their customer support replied within a few hours with clear details. Everything arrived discreetly packaged, which I appreciated. Overall, a solid experience for anime merch.
Obsessed with my new mousepad
Oh my gosh, I just got my 3D breast mousepad and it's amazing! The quality is so good, and it's super comfy for my wrist. The character design is perfect. I'm so happy with it. I will definitely be shopping here again for more stuff. Seriously, you have to check them out!
Got some cool stuff
Hey, so I picked up one of those natural velvet pillowcases and a couple of keychain charms from Dakixart. The pillowcase feels really soft, way better than I thought it would be. Charms are cute. Shipping took like, a week and a half maybe? Everything came in a plain box, so that was cool. Pretty happy with what I got, might get another cover later.

Are the pillowcases from Dakixart machine washable or do I have to hand wash them? Don't wanna mess up a new cover.
Planning to order a couple of covers and maybe a mousepad. Do they let you stack discount codes? Or is it just one per order?
Is Dakixart legit? Like, are their products good quality, or is it one of those sketchy sites?
Hey, I'm thinking about getting a dakimakura from Dakixart. How long does shipping usually take to, like, California?
